Made with care, forthe hair you grewup oiling.
Elan by Amal began with a simple belief: the old ritual of hair oiling works best when what's inside the bottle is honest.

It started with aSunday ritual
In so many of our homes, Sunday meant sitting on the floor while someone older worked warm oil into your hair. It was care you could feel, and it came with stories, advice and a lot of love.
As life got busier, that ritual slipped away. And when Amal went looking for an oil to bring it back, she found shelves full of heavy formulas built on paraffin, with herbs listed somewhere near the end.
So she made her own. Hibiscus and amla, the two ingredients every family recipe seemed to share, infused into a blend of natural oils. Then she put it in a bottle that doesn't drip, with a pump that measures out exactly what your scalp needs.
That oil became Elan by Amal. It's our first product, made here in Pakistan, and the start of a small, careful range of hair and skin care.
Amal
What's in the name
A French word for flair, energy and confidence. It's how we want your hair to feel, and how we want you to feel wearing it.
Our founder's name, and her promise that every bottle holds something she'd happily use on her own hair.
What we stand for
Nothing to hide
Paraffin free and made with natural ingredients. What's printed on the label is exactly what's inside.
Rooted in ritual
We start from ingredients families in Pakistan have trusted for generations, not from trends.
Made to be used
A measured pump and a sealed dome cap. Small details that make a weekly ritual easier to keep.
“If I wouldn't put it on myown hair, it doesn't goin the bottle.”
Amal, founder
