Who we are
Elan by Amal is a small hair and skin care business based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +92 346 666 7591 or by email at hello@elanbyamal.com.
What we collect
- Your name, phone number, city and delivery address, so we can send your order.
- Your order details and payment method.
- Anything you choose to tell us in a WhatsApp message, contact form or review.
- Basic, anonymous statistics about how this website is used, if analytics are switched on.
This website has no login and no card payment step, so we never see or store your card or bank credentials. What you type into the cart and the forms on this site stays in your own browser until you press send, at which point it becomes a WhatsApp message to us.
Why we use it
- To confirm, pack and deliver your order.
- To answer your questions and give you a tracking number.
- To handle returns, replacements and refunds.
- To publish your review, with your permission and only your first name and city.
Who we share it with
Only our courier partner, who needs your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel, and our payment provider if you pay in advance. We also use WhatsApp (owned by Meta) to talk to you, so your messages are covered by their privacy terms too. We never sell or rent your details to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounts and returns, and no longer than three years unless the law requires otherwise.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete your details, where we don't need them for legal or accounting reasons.
- Ask us to remove a review you've had published.
- Ask us to stop messaging you about new products.
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@elanbyamal.com and we'll action it within 30 days.
