About these terms
This website is operated by Elan by Amal, based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. "We" and "us" mean Elan by Amal; "you" means the person using this site or ordering from us.
Orders
- Adding items to your cart and pressing checkout sends us a WhatsApp message. That is a request, not a completed sale.
- Your order is confirmed only once we reply on WhatsApp and accept it.
- We may decline an order, for example if we're out of stock, if the address is outside Pakistan, or if we can't verify your contact details.
- You are responsible for giving us a correct address and a phone number that works.
Prices and payment
- Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable taxes unless we say otherwise.
- Delivery charges are quoted separately and confirmed before dispatch.
- We may change prices at any time, but never after we've confirmed your order.
- If a price is listed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we'll tell you before dispatch and you can confirm or cancel.
Delivery
We ship within Pakistan only, through third-party couriers. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and are set out on our shipping and delivery page.
Using the product
- This is a cosmetic hair oil for external use on the scalp and hair only.
- It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
- Do a patch test before first use, keep it away from your eyes, and stop using it if irritation appears.
- Keep it out of reach of children and store it away from direct sunlight and heat.
Reviews you send us
If you send us a review, you're giving us permission to publish it on this website and on our social media, alongside your first name and city. Please keep reviews honest and about your own experience. We may decline to publish anything abusive, false or unrelated to the product.
Our content
The name Elan by Amal, our logo, product photography, text and design on this site belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them for your own commercial purposes without asking us first.
Our responsibility to you
We take real care with what we make, but we can't promise a specific hair result, because that depends on your hair, health and routine. Except where the law says otherwise, our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing here limits your rights under the consumer protection laws of Pakistan.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be heard by the courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
